Dave Sanders did an excellent job inspecting our future home. He was extremely thorough, which is what one wants with a home inspector. He took the time to completely explain his findings, he is extremely knowledgeable when it came to the HVAC systems as well as every other aspect of the home inspection process as he takes pride in his work.
