Every inspection is completed within the time frame up to Arizona SOP BTR Standards. Additionally we go up and beyond the "bare minimum state standards with our own SOP. (BTR Standards) - https://btr.az.gov/standards
- Full Home Inspection $360 up to 1499 Sq Ft. (Above 1499 Sq Ft. is additional 10 cents per Sq Ft.)
- If older than 1970 there could be additional fees.
- Re-inspection $100
- Pool / Spa Inspections $75. -
- Mold Testing - $300 per 1500SF.
- Mold Testing with Home Inspection - 1500 SF - $600
- Multi-Unit Inspections - Call for Pricing.
- Light Commercial - Call for Pricing.
- FHA/VA Foundation Certifications - $435 Flat Fee for Crawlspace and/or Additions.
